The Right Choice Requires the Right Information


     Only carefully selected resellers that meet exacting qualifying criteria will be allowed to resell RIT products.  Equally stringent identification requirements will be required to purchase every RIT report. These requirements will be properly described within a forthcoming reseller agreement.  RIT will reserve the right to suspend or terminate any reseller not in compliance with all RIT and legal requirements.

     In the absence of innovation or technological advancements, over time goods and services tend to become commodities. Customers looking for a standardized product tend to seek out the lowest price, typically the largest company with the best economies of scale or the company with the least service. By introducing an enhancement such as the RIT report, the screening company avoids the commoditization of their product. The RIT report marks a significant advancement in the screening process.      If RIT had not developed a rent, payment and behavior repository one would eventually be developed by another company, most likely in conjunction with another large screening company or credit bureau. Directly or indirectly, this other company would sell lists of your customers and their clients over and over again to competitors, large national marketing firms and collection companies.  Many of these firms target and inundate your customers’ clients with specific marketing to exploit them as much as possible.  Increased purchases will financially drain their ability to afford your customers’ products, reducing your company’s sales as well.  Either scenario would involve additional negative consequences and be detrimental to you and your industry.  RIT is obviously a more profitable and beneficial choice.
